네오 제네시스(NeoGenesis)는 「군웅: 나의 군단」을 운영합니다. 개인정보 관련 문의, 열람·삭제 요청은 neogenesis.research@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요. 요청 확인에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 안내하며 비밀번호나 민감정보를 요청하지 않습니다.
게임 진행, 군단 편성, 사용자가 정한 군주 이름과 설정은 기기에 저장됩니다. 이 정보는 게임 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 로그인 계정, 주소록, 사진, 마이크, 정확한 위치 정보는 요청하지 않습니다. 기기 내 게임 데이터를 삭제하려면 Android 설정에서 앱의 저장공간 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 수 있습니다(iOS에서는 앱을 삭제). 삭제된 진행 정보는 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다.
현재 Apple App Store 배포 iOS 버전은 광고 SDK가 없으며 사용 통계 수집이 활성화되어 있지 않습니다. Amplitude 코드가 포함된 빌드도 수집 OFF로 잠겨 초기화·전송·분석 식별자 생성이 이루어지지 않습니다. 게임 데이터는 기기에만 저장되며 개인정보를 외부로 전송하지 않습니다. 아래 Google 광고·Firebase 통계 내용은 Android 버전에만 적용됩니다.
Web 버전에는 광고, 인앱결제, 활성화된 외부 사용 통계 제공업체가 없습니다. Amplitude 코드는 수집 OFF로 잠겨 초기화·전송·분석 식별자 생성이 이루어지지 않습니다. 진행과 설정은 해당 브라우저의 IndexedDB 등 사이트 저장공간에만 보관됩니다. 브라우저·기기·실행 주소가 달라지면 이어지지 않으며 사이트 데이터 삭제 또는 브라우저의 저장공간 정리로 소실될 수 있습니다. 설정의 국가 삭제 또는 브라우저의 사이트 데이터 삭제로 제거할 수 있습니다. 게임은 ONE Store H5 Game SDK로 실행·일시정지·종료와 화면 안전영역을 연동합니다. SDK는 게임별 가명 이용자 ID, 언어, 무음 상태와 안전영역 정보를 전달하지만 게임은 이 ID를 저장하거나 게임 서버로 보내지 않습니다. HTTPS 호스팅 제공업체 GitHub와 SDK 제공업체 ONE Store는 파일 제공과 플랫폼 운영 과정에서 IP 주소와 요청 로그 등 연결 정보를 처리할 수 있으며 각 제공업체의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
The Web edition has no ads, in-app purchases or active external gameplay analytics provider. Included Amplitude code is locked OFF: it does not initialize, transmit or create an analytics identifier. Saves and preferences remain in this browser's site storage (including IndexedDB), are not synchronized across devices, browsers or execution URLs, and may be lost when site data is cleared or evicted. Delete a country in settings or clear browser site data to remove them. The ONE Store H5 SDK coordinates loading, pause, resume, exit and safe-area information. It provides a game-specific pseudonymous player ID, locale, silent-mode state and safe-area insets; the game does not store that ID or send it to a game server. GitHub hosting and ONE Store SDK infrastructure may process IP addresses and request logs when delivering files and operating the platform, under their respective privacy policies.
Android 버전에는 이용자가 선택하는 보상형 광고가 포함됩니다. 강제 광고를 시청해야 전투를 진행하는 구조가 아닙니다. 광고 기능은 Google AdMob(Google Mobile Ads SDK)과 Google의 동의 관리 기능(UMP)을 사용합니다. SDK는 광고 제공, 측정, 오류 진단 및 부정 이용 방지를 위해 광고 식별자·앱 세트 식별자 등 기기 식별자, IP 주소(이를 통한 대략적인 위치), 앱·광고 상호작용 및 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 정확한 GPS 위치를 수집하지 않습니다. 광고 SDK가 Google로 보내는 정보는 Google 개인정보처리방침과 적용 법령에 따라 처리됩니다. 청소년을 포함한 13세 이상 이용자에게 적합한 광고 설정을 사용합니다.
Android 버전의 사용 통계 수집은 기본적으로 꺼져 있으며 설정에서 동의한 경우에만 Firebase Analytics를 사용합니다. 수집 항목은 튜토리얼 진행, 전투 시작·종료, 임무 식별자, 승패, 소요 시간, 명령·스킬 사용, 시설 성장, 선택형 광고 보상 같은 게임 이용 이벤트와 SDK의 앱 인스턴스 식별자·기기 및 진단 정보입니다. 군주 이름, 문의 내용, 계정 비밀번호를 통계 이벤트에 포함하지 않습니다. 통계는 기능 개선과 오류 파악에 사용합니다. Firebase 광고 저장소·광고 개인화 동의는 부여하지 않습니다.
설정에서 사용 통계 동의를 변경할 수 있습니다. 철회하면 이후 수집을 중단하고 기기의 분석 식별자를 초기화합니다. 이미 서버에 저장된 정보가 즉시 모두 삭제되는 것은 아니므로 별도 삭제 요청은 위 연락처로 문의해 주세요. 필요한 지역에서는 광고 동의 화면이 표시되며, 광고 개인정보 선택 기능이 필요한 경우 설정에서 다시 열 수 있습니다. Android 광고 개인정보 설정에서도 광고 식별자를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 광고 및 통계 동의를 거부하더라도 핵심 게임을 이용할 수 있으나 보상 광고 제공이 제한될 수 있습니다.
기기 내 진행 정보는 이용자가 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다. 광고·통계 정보는 Google의 서비스 보관 정책과 해당 서비스 설정에 따라 필요한 기간 동안 처리되며, Google의 글로벌 서버에서 국외 처리될 수 있습니다. 네오 제네시스는 게임 진행 정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 광고 SDK의 광고·분석·부정 이용 방지 처리 및 선택한 분석 서비스 외에 사용자의 게임 데이터를 별도로 제3자에게 전송하지 않습니다. 전송 시 서비스 제공업체의 암호화된 연결을 사용합니다. 문의 이메일은 요청 처리에 필요한 기간 동안 보관하고 더 이상 필요하지 않으면 삭제합니다.
현재 배포 빌드의 Amplitude 수집은 OFF로 잠겨 있으며 작동하지 않습니다. 중앙 개인정보 보호 요건이 충족되어 제품별로 활성화된 빌드에서만 설정의 선택적 사용 통계 동의 후 수집합니다. 목적은 D1/D7 재방문과 게임 진행 흐름 측정이며 익명 분석 식별자, 앱·플랫폼·버전 정보와 세션, 재방문, 첫 전투 튜토리얼, 첫 명령, 임무 번호·승패·소요 시간, 선택형 보상 광고 이벤트를 처리합니다. 군주·세력 이름이나 기타 자유 입력문은 전송하지 않습니다. 수신자는 미국의 Amplitude, Inc.이며 암호화된 연결로 전송하고 1년간 보관합니다. 동의 전에는 분석 식별자를 만들지 않습니다. 동의를 끄면 즉시 전송을 중단하고 대기 이벤트와 기기의 분석 식별자를 삭제하며, 다시 동의하면 새 식별자로 시작합니다(Firebase 및 광고 동의 방식은 변경되지 않습니다). 서버에 보관된 분석 정보의 삭제는 분석 식별자를 포함해 help@neogenesis.app으로 요청할 수 있으며 결과를 10일 이내 안내합니다. 분석에 동의하지 않아도 게임을 이용할 수 있습니다.
이 게임은 만 13세 이상을 대상으로 하며 13세 미만 어린이에게 서비스를 제공하거나 그 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 개인정보처리방침이 변경되면 이 페이지의 시행일과 내용을 갱신합니다.

Progress, army formations, the player-chosen lord name and preferences are stored on your device, not uploaded to a game server. The game does not request a login account, contacts, photos, microphone access or precise location. Clear Android app storage or uninstall (on iOS, delete the app) to remove local game data; progress may not be recoverable.
The currently shipped iOS version has no advertising SDK and no active analytics collection. Included Amplitude code is locked OFF: it does not initialize, transmit or create an analytics identifier. It does not collect personal data or transmit it off the device; game data stays on your device. The Google advertising and Firebase analytics sections below apply to the Android version only.
On Android, Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform provide optional rewarded ads and applicable consent management. Google SDKs may process device identifiers (including advertising and app-set identifiers), IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, app/ad interactions and diagnostic data for advertising, measurement, troubleshooting and fraud prevention. We do not collect GPS location. We apply conservative advertising settings suitable for an audience aged 13 and older, including teens. Google's processing is governed by its privacy policies and applicable law.
On Android, Firebase Analytics collection is off by default. If you opt in through settings, gameplay events such as tutorial progress, mission identifiers, battle outcomes and duration, commands, skills, facility growth and optional ad rewards are collected, together with SDK app-instance, device and diagnostic information. We do not send your lord name, support messages or passwords as analytics event parameters. Analytics is used to improve the game and understand problems. Firebase advertising storage and advertising personalization consent remain denied.
You can withdraw analytics consent in settings. This stops future collection and resets on-device analytics identifiers, but is not a promise of immediate deletion of all previous server records; contact us for a separate deletion request. Where required, ad consent forms are shown and ad privacy options can be reopened in settings. Android advertising privacy settings allow advertising identifiers to be reset or deleted. Core gameplay is available without analytics or advertising consent, though rewarded ads may be unavailable.
Local progress remains until you delete it. Google ad and analytics data is retained as needed under the service's policies and configured retention settings and may be processed on Google's global servers outside your country. NeoGenesis does not sell game progress. Apart from the described advertising, analytics and fraud-prevention processing, we do not independently transmit game data to third parties. Provider connections use encryption in transit. Support emails are retained only as needed to handle your request.
Amplitude collection is locked OFF and is not active in currently shipped builds. Only a product build activated after central privacy prerequisites close can collect optional analytics after consent in settings. The purpose is to measure D1/D7 returns and gameplay funnels using an anonymous analytics identifier, app/platform/version information, sessions, returns, first-battle onboarding, the first issued order, mission number/outcome/duration and optional rewarded-ad events. Lord or faction names and other free text are never sent. The recipient is Amplitude, Inc., United States. Transmission is encrypted and retention is one year. No analytics identifier is created before consent. Disabling analytics immediately stops transmission and deletes queued events and the local analytics identifier; enabling it again starts with a new identifier. Firebase and advertising consent behavior is unchanged. Request deletion of server-held analytics by emailing help@neogenesis.app with the analytics identifier; we provide the result within ten days. Gameplay remains available without analytics consent.
The game is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. Changes will be published here with an updated effective date.
